Our therapists understand the cognitive processes involved in reading and are specially trained in techniques that allow children to develop the cognitive networks upon which reading depends. We partner with Lexercise, whose online structured literacy platform allows child, parent, and therapist to work in a collaborative model that not only leads to better results, but also lowers the overall financial cost of therapy, when compared to traditional in-person, therapist led models.

We serve children of all ages, and even adults.
Signs of dyslexia may be spotted as early as preschool, and early intervention is incredibly powerful. Young children love the interactive games on the Lexercise platform, and since both the child and parent are present for the live sessions, even very young children are able to successfully complete the remote live sessions.
That said, late is better than never! We love working with older students as well. Reading is an ability that can be learned at any age!

Bring Reading To Life
Our program teaches children to understand the essential connections that exist between the sounds of our speech, the letters we use to represent those sounds, and the enormous variety of ways that those letters and sounds go together to form words. In each lesson, our clients practice a wide variety of skills involved in reading. Concepts are taught explicitly and systematically, and through practice, the magic of words is unlocked.
